Data Analysts/Data Enhancement Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: The position of Data Analysts/Enhancement Specialist will work with client teams to analyze, resolve, and address data related issues with client data. The Data and Enhancement Specialist supports the Enrollment and Eligibility Services team at Benefit Express to analyze, recommend, resolve, test, implement, document, train and roll out system enhancements and process improvements for My Benefit Express (MBE).

This position works to improve the interaction of MBE and other systems used by Benefit Express. Responsibilities include data migration, and assessing system compatibility. As a key player in recommending, testing and implementing system enhancements, this position assists and coaches all roles at Benefit Express and works closely with Consultants, Delivery Managers, Implementation Specialists and Client Service Analysts with, but not limited to, reports, audits, case implementation, file import and export, file transmit calendar, documentation and training. Client Service Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: Benefit Express has an entry level position available for a detailed oriented individual with administrative/organization experience. Attention to detail and very good analytical skills are required for daily analysis of electronic files. In addition, the position requires good documentation skills and the ability to meet deadlines to ensure excellent client satisfaction. This position is required to have interaction with several levels of contacts, including participants, clients, co-workers and third party administrators; therefore customer service experience is a plus. COBRA Processor

RESPONSIBILITIES: Benefit Express has an entry level position available for a detailed oriented individual with administrative experience. This position works behind the scenes to keep the COBRA department moving forward by performing the daily functions efficiently, accurately and timely all while meeting strict deadlines. Becoming proficient & understanding multiple systems will be necessary to perform your daily work in order to meet client deliverables. Understanding and following the processing guidelines set forth by the client is key. This position works closely with other team members, the Project Manager and/or Team Lead in particular. Customer Care Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES: Benefit Express currently has an opening for a dynamic and energetic Customer Care Representative. This position provides professional, accurate and timely responses to participant benefit inquiries for all aspects of multiple clients. Services provided include answering questions regarding Flexible Spending Accounts, Cobra, Retiree, and Active Employee benefits. The representative will research answers, escalate requests to the appropriate co-worker and follow up with the correct answers. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate through multiple systems and pay attention to detail. They must also maintain strict confidentiality while being flexible and have the ability to read and comprehend updates and changes that come with this client-focused position. Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities: Benefit Express currently has a challenging role available on our Enrollment and Eligibility Services team. The position of Implementation Specialist works with the development team and client to configure employee benefit plans on My Benefit ExpressTM from set up to production. This challenging position works to integrate MBE and client systems. This includes data migration and assessing system compatibility. As a key player in setting up new cases, this position assists the Project Manager in all elements of the transition including but not limited to, case implementation, file import and export testing, file transmit calendar, documentation and training the active administration team. Advanced excel skills-including formulas and VLOOKUPs & understanding of database concepts are critical to the role. In addition to understanding file layouts and testing output, including mapping. In addition, to be successful in this role you must demonstrate strategic thinking while ensuring strict deadlines will be met. Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: The position of Project Manager oversees client cases from Implementation to Active Administration. The Project Manager is responsible for capturing client needs and translating them into system requirements. The PM manages the implementation schedule, performs system tests, facilitates client approval of required documents and is a key point of contact with the client. Gathering requirements, translating the details and documenting the requirements are all fundamental to the success of this position. This position will also be the key contact between Benefit Express and a client that is currently leasing the software that Benefit Express has developed. The project manager will play the key role of managing the client's implementation and transition. This challenging role will serve as the face and name of Benefit Express in almost every facet as it pertains to the implementation and transition. As one of our pivotal roles, this position requires excellent communication, organization, time management, analytical, problem solving and customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple diverse client cases at one time and master key web technologies use by BE all while working under strict deadlines will be the key to success.
